Whatever Happened to the Days

The past two weeks have been nothing but a B-grade horror film made on the cheap. I would try to describe it to you but you wouldn't be able to believe it. And it has taken too much of out of me, so instead, I will think about tomorrow.

(A good measurement of how stressed or upset I am in a week is to count the amount of Starbucks I have consumed. This week so far: Everyday. Way over budget and purse-size.)

Sleeping in is scheduled for tomorrow as I've taken leave. I'll do the laundry, eat a slow breakfast, do some writing and for awhile, pretend that everything is pretty and pleasant. Then take a drive down to KLPAC, bring along the camera and then go for retail therapy (I've broken two pairs of shoes since I started work) and tea with good company. It'll be like normal.

Everything will be fine again. Everything will be normal.

Joyness

Photobucket
I brought all my unread books, a bag of happy stationery and some of my favourite photos to the office in efforts to repel gloom/doom/crazy women.

Hungry, but the kitchen is empty.

Weekend-isms

Some freelance work that ate up some of my weekends.
